Photography has always been a point of interest for me. I can recall being around 10 years old, wasting film on my Mum’s Canon SLR on a family trip in the US. This evolved into bringing that same camera along skateboarding on weekends with my mates in my teen years.  During high school the opportunity to take photography as a class only became an option for my final two years. It was here that I would find my passion for landscape photography. I can still clearly recall that first sunrise shoot on Rottnest Island. I was hooked, and have been ever since.

I do a lot of solo camping trips when I am at home in Western Australia, searching for new, unique places to photograph. Finding those places, and being there when the light is just right, brings me a great deal of satisfaction.  I am a regular contributor for Australian Photography Magazine and have been featured in a handful of other publications.
In 2016 I was awarded first place in the landscape category of the International Black & White Photography Awards for my photograph, ‘Resting Place’.   I have been a finalist three years running in the ANZANG National Geographic competition, made the top 101 of the International Landscape Photographer of the Year awards, along with a number of others.

I strive for my work to connect with the viewer, and relay the experience I had while I was out there in nature.
I hope you enjoy!
